Our materials are intended for contact with food and comply with the relevant EU legislative provisions:
• Regulation EC 1935/2004 – on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
• Regulation EC 1895/2005 – on the restriction of the use of certain epoxy derivatives in materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
• Regulation EC 2023/2006 – on good manufacturing practices for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
• Regulation EU 10/2011 and subsequent amendments – on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
The FSC® certification, along with the others, demonstrates our commitment to protecting nature and being an ally to the environment.
Environmental preservation is part of RDM PACK’s corporate mission.
As of March 18, 2025, we have obtained the FSC® certification.
The Forest Stewardship Council® is a global non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible forest management worldwide. FSC® sets standards based on recognized principles of responsible forest stewardship, supported by environmental, social, and economic stakeholders.
